i was jus checking out the pics of The American Music Awards 2006, and i nearly choked on the water i was drinking. i mean, look at these pics...i wonder how much time Carrie Underwood spent at the gym with her personal trainer to get those legs! she was still rather chubby and all during American Idol. *Gasps*

then again, i nearly choked on my own saliva. i knew ashley simpson had plastic surgery, but from the looks of it, she could have spent nearly half her fortune to totally change her face into this. i bet u can't recognise her either....

and lastly, i nearly choked on my own breath. but i haf to give credit to dis one. Nicole Richie does look rather good here, esp since she put on a teeny weeny lil speck of weight (a gust of wind could still blow her off).
