Summer touch league. NTU v UWC. 2-5. super disappointing.
i admit tt it was wierd playin for dem, after all its my 1st game with NTU. and i was stressed out when Anne put me in first 6.
1st half was crap. 2nd half was worse. as Anne put it, "we deserved to lose". drop balls, rising tempers, low morale, lack of communication....no matter how talented our team is individually, it is a team game after all. and today was jus realli realli disappointing.
i admit, i was personally waiting for the seniors to perform their magic. but after a while, i realised they were also taking the effort to guide me along in the game. i thot i was quite a burden leh...sigh.
came home to check mail, and dawn sent us all an email as a wake up call. i guess its time NTU start to play some real touch rugby. we haf the talent after all. ok, after today's game, i suddenly feel part of NTU touch more, and wanna play for them.
ok. not forgetting Blacks....the poor girls...so little players + the hot sun...gosh. dey are fit. go Blacks!
